Kieselstein ERP

What is Kieselstein?

The Kieselstein ERP system is a fork of the open source part of HELIUM V™ and is maintained and supported by a cooperative based in Germany. The members of the cooperative pursue the goal of jointly overcoming daily business challenges. As part of the Kieselstein cooperative, we provide further development and technical support. This primarily includes the maintenance and development of the numerous and comprehensive modules of the ERP system.

Result from Production

Kieselstein ERP is tailored to the requirements of production, the manufacturing of goods and products, and the provision of services. A large proportion of conventional systems originate from the banking world or financial accounting. In contrast, Kieselstein ERP can naturally handle bills of material with any number of hierarchical levels. The management of human and machine time is an integral part of the system. But of course, it also integrates financial accounting, liquidity planning and much more.

Mapping the Business Cycle

Kieselstein ERP has a wide range of modules that cover the entire business cycle. From quotation submission to order placement, planning and procurement to resource utilisation, production and sales, the entire process can be mapped.

Manufacturing companies in particular, but also service providers, rely on Kieselstein ERP and use the modules that meet their needs. Since the modules function independently and without dependencies, a customised configuration is possible.

In general, it is advisable not to activate all available modules immediately upon introduction, but to start with the essential modules.
