Private cloud solutions:

We host virtual servers for our customers in secure Austrian or European data centers with appropriate Internet uplinks. An operating system is included, as is the corresponding network configuration on the firewalls. Access is possible via VPN and SSH, and emails can also be sent and received via the virtual server if required.

More performance?

Depending on the application, different CPU, RAM, and hard disk storage capacities are required. That is why we put together customised packages with a defined scope of services. If necessary, the parameters can be adjusted quickly and flexibly. Scalability is guaranteed.

Regular backups:

Regular backups on a second data center are included in the package and secure the data. All data is stored in encrypted form and secured to prevent access by third parties.

Various email clients:

We support all email clients, but we prefer to work with open source projects. We implement exactly the solution that makes sense for our customers and that they want. Connecting groupware solutions to any system, such as Outlook, is possible and can be clarified in detail. We would be happy to advise you on this. Synchronisation with mobile devices can also be set up at any time.

System changes

If customers switch to a new system, they can continue working on the new mail system immediately. Usually it is also possible to transfer old emails to new systems.

Storage space:

The cloud services are customised according to the required file size, expected data volume, and number of accesses. We work with you to analyse the data volume and design a cloud service solution that meets your needs.

Comprehensive security features:

The cloud services are operated in Austria on secure, high-availability hardware. Sensitive data is fully protected against access by third parties. Regular backups prevent data loss.

Personalised support:

Unlike many commercially operated cloud solutions, you know your contact persons. Our team is always there for your problems, questions, or concerns. If the worst comes to the worst, you can also export your data again.

DNS server:

In addition to registering Austrian and international domains, we provide our own DNS servers (Domain Name Service servers) for hosting. This ensures that our customers' domains are known on the Internet and accessible at all times for services such as email, websites, etc.

Webspace:

We provide our customers with web space for each domain. To do this, we run our own server structures in well-connected data centers. Backups ensure additional data security.

Content Management Systems:

We are not a traditional web agency, but rather provide the smooth foundation needed to operate a website. However, we also offer optional website programming and CMS (content management systems) such as Django CMS, Plone, WordPress, or Odoo.

We implement your website professionally and individually. In doing so, we take into account both your design requirements and the requirements of a modern website. In addition to selecting the appropriate CMS and implementing the website, we also take care of hosting, support, and backup. If necessary, we carry out security updates of the CMS. Extensions are also possible at any time.
