Initial Situation
The requirement
The customer was looking for a system to securely distribute pay slips to employees. At the same time, a system was required to simplify the complex meal voucher accounting processes in individual bank branches.
Thanks to the successful collaboration on these projects, other internal processes were soon added that required new technologies, automation and simplification.
Our Solution
That is what we have implemented
The original requirements for distributing payslips and managing digital meal vouchers gave rise to an integrated portal where employees can view their payslips and other personal files, as well as their redeemed restaurant bills. Appropriate encryption and security measures ensure that sensitive data cannot be misused.
While the “MA Portal” is available to all employees, the IDEA project has created a portal for HR administration. IDEA allows individual processes to be created and dynamic forms to be generated. For example, it specifies the exact steps to be taken when acquiring, registering, and billing temporary employees. This ensures that all necessary persons and departments are informed and that the relevant information is documented.
The implementation took place in several project phases. First, the feasibility of the project was tested with a proof of concept. Only after a positive evaluation, the complete development of the systems was carried out.
